Spanish Jose is a multi-faceted MC/Producer hailing from the Bronx, NY. Armed with a diverse array of sounds & styles, his lush soundscapes have provided the backdrop for an ever-expanding number of underground luminaries, including 9th Prince & Dom Pachino of Killarmy, Shabaam Sahdeeq, Akir, Virtuoso, AR.Change.L and many more. His work is already being compared to some of the all-time producing greats. Currently Spanish Jose is releasing an instrumental project each month called "ZeMental", which will allow listeners to journey into the musical mind of Spanish Jose. Artists are encouraged to make creative tracks from the instrumentals in the "ZeMental" series, and submit them for possible inclusion on future projects. Now, P.A.P.E.R. 60 Second Assassin, cousin of the late Ol' Dirty Bastard and founding member of the influential group Sunz of Man, has a voice you know and love. His street harmonizing has been heard on some of Wu-Tang's greatest hits, including "C.R.E.A.M." as well as Raekwon's "Glaciers of Ice". On June 22, 60 will be blessing us with his long-awaited debut album "Remarkable Timing". The album is almost entirely produced by Bronze Nazareth, and features a host of Wu Killa Beez including the Sunz of Man reunion track "M.O.A.N." In anticipation of this soon to be classic offering, DYP tha goldynchild, in association with M-Eighty, has assembled "The Retrospective: A Look Back". "The Retrospective" is a 25 track homage to the long and colorful career of 60 Second Assassin, and features classic cuts, rarities and plenty of new mixes in true DYP fashion. It's Official - Killarmy Is BACK!!!

For years, there have been whispers of a Killarmy reunion...Whispers that at times seemed like nothing more than wishful thinking dreamt up by nostalgic fans who refused to accept that the era of grimey, militant hip-hop was over. Half the members of the group never seemed to be able to stay out of prison, and those that did often and mysteriously chose to stay out of the spotlight. For almost a decade, fans have patiently waited for a follow up to 2001's excellent "Fear, Love & War", (a criminally slept on album that unfortunately coincided with the collapse of Loud Records, and therefore never got the push it deserved). Well, it seems now that the wait is over! Die-hard fans will finally have their thirst for that militant shit quenched this year, as the seminal collective known as Killarmy will be releasing their much anticipated fourth group effort later this year. The triumphant return kicks off in June with the premier of "The Sound of Gunz", a Bronze Nazareth laced masterpiece which will reintroduce the world to "The 6 Man Wetting". There is also an accompanying video in the works to provide the visual thrills. Look for a big announcement from Killarmy coming very soon. I have been told directly that production duties will be handled by all of the Wu-Elements' heavy hitters: RZA, True Master, Allah Mathematics, 4th Disciple & Bronze Nazareth. Also, there will be guest shots from Clan members, as well as Killa Beez. This album is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Wu-related projects of all time. This official mixtape is brought to you by the same team responsible for the sold-out "Prince of the City" mixtape, (which preceded the classic 2007 LP "Prince of New York"), so fans can expect another high quality banger from the Killarmy General. The lead off single is the Bronze Nazareth produced "Concrete Jungle", which finds a rejuvenated 9th Prince attacking the modern rap landscape, as well as calling for a Killarmy reunion. "Revenge Is Coming" features many more unreleased never before heard tracks, previews of "Revenge of the 9th Prince", as well as a slew of DYP's trademark exclusive mixes, which is sure to satisfy any and all fans of that raw Wu-Tang style of hip-hop!
